05-15-2015 Weekly Portfolio Results

I was dreading going into May, because May has been generally a bad month for me historically with automated trading - so far, my fears have been for nothing. May has been a wonderful 2 weeks and a day (The 1st day of May was a Friday).

A few details about the portfolio so far....

The portfolio has generated a total of $22697 since Jan 6, 2015. Given a starting amount of 25K, that represents a 90% return in 4.5 months - not bad.

During the 11 trading days in May (so far), there have been only 3 losing trades - and 29 winning trades - wow - generating $11500 in 11 days.

I'm not planning to make any changes for the month of May. I am planning to make a few changes on June 1, including increasing the number of contracts traded and adding at least one new chart.

Two winners and one loser today - unfortunately, the losing chart is the one that makes the biggest trades (4 contracts) - so a little bit of a sting, but no blood. Overall, its been a wonderful May so far.
